In March 2026, the eHealthDC team launched its new Digital Health Technical Assistance (TA) Program, offering District providers free, hands-on support to empower them to become confident, data-driven decision-makers who meaningfully use their EHR and the HIE as integrated tools to improve care. Led by the DC Primary Care Association (DCPCA) and funded by the DC Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF), eHealthDC is a collaborative of regional health leaders that includes DCPCA, CRISP DC, Clinovations, Zane Networks, and the DC Hospital Association (DCHA).
This program will focus on delivering tailored technical assistance to participating organizations by executing EHR data quality projects to improve HIE data and advance the use of HIE tools to enhance provider workflows. Our team of experts supports District providers in:
- Strengthening EHR data quality and data integrity
- Optimizing clinical and operational workflows within the EHR
- Improving standardized and structured data capture
- Expanding effective utilization of CRISP DC HIE tools and services to support coordinated care and information exchange
All District Medicaid providers and organizations connected to CRISP DC are eligible to participate at no cost. Interested providers can learn more by clicking the button below to view the program flyer and completing a short interest survey.
