We're seeing patients in CRISP who are no longer with our organization. What should we do? 

– Ghost Patients 

Dear Ghost Patients, 

It sounds like your patient panel needs a refresh. Submitting an overwrite panel will replace your existing list with your current active patients. If you need a template or help with submission, reach out—we've got you covered. 

Forgot Password

Dear Joi,

I just got access to the portal, but I already forgot my password. Help! 

– Locked Out Already 

Dear Locked Out, 

No shame here—it happens! Just click "Forgot Password" on the login screen to reset it. If you don't receive the email, check your junk and spam folder or contact support, support@crisphealth.org for assistance. 

Missing Patients in Portal Search

Dear Joi,

Why can't I see all of my patients in the portal? 

– Missing in Action 

Dear MIA, 

This usually means your patient panel isn't up to date. Check with your admin to confirm your panel was submitted recently. Still having trouble? Let us know and we'll help troubleshoot.

Role Change

Dear Joi,

I switched roles or organizations recently – do I need to re-register? 

 -New Badge, Same Me 

 

Dear New Badge, 

Yes, if you changed organizations, your administrator would create a new user account. If you've changed roles or need access to specific tools in CRISP, your HIE Administrator is also your go-to internal point of contact.
